Sometimes words aren’t enough, and I turn to art to understand —or make peace with— my body and the Parkinson’s that accompanies me.

In this section, I share fragments of life in motion:
Short video clips where I share my experience with young-onset Parkinson’s, how I live it, reflect on it, and transform it.
Sometimes they are reflections on the body and change; other times, on creativity as a tool to understand what is happening or simply to breathe.
Here, I don’t seek definitive answers, but rather to accompany the processes: my own, and perhaps also those of anyone who recognizes themselves in them.
